Supplemental Educational Services (SES) Applications due January 30.

FREE TUTORING BEING OFFERED TO ELLIGILBLE CHILDREN IN READING AND MATH!!!

For the 2011-2012 school year, Rochester Public Schools (RPS) will provide an opportunity for income eligible families, to select and receive free Supplemental Educational Services (SES), as required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.

The federal No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act requires that all schools in the nation make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) toward achieving the goal of all students being proficient in reading and math. Our school has been designated as a "school in need of improvement." The cost of the tutoring, up to $1,103.12 will be paid by RPS Title I Funds, as per the No Child Left Behind Act.

Because Title I funds are limited, preference will be given based on income eligibility and achievement needs.

Elton Hills School Hours

9:15-3:35

Students should not arrive before 9:00 am. Dismissal time is 3:35 pm, all students must be picked up at that time. Afternoon kindergarten starts at 12:59 and students should not be at school before 12:50.

Staff is not available to watch students before 9:00 am or after 3:35 pm.
